Our History.
DBS Associates, Inc. was founded in 1987 by Dave Bodine. Dave took his then thirty years of knowledge and experience from the manufacturing and distribution sides of the HVAC business to design a marketing strategy that has proven to be successful over the past seventeen years. Dave now manages the Inside Sales Support Group.
Matt Bodine joined DBS Associates, Inc. in 1990 to serve as a salesman to the HVAC distributors. Matt works with architects, engineers and builders to have our product specified and “pulled through” to our distribution channels. Matt also serves a select group of HVAC distributors. Jason Bodine joined DBS Associates, Inc. in 1992 to aid in inside sales support and operations. Jason now serves many of our customers in the field. Summer Haessly joined us in 1996 for inside sales support and information systems then Andy McFadden joined us in 2003 to help us with inside sales and operations. In 2005 Randall Woods joined the outside sales efforts and Wes Cunningham was added to the inside group in 2006.
We specialize in HVAC product for distribution in the California, Nevada and Arizona markets. Our office in Escondido California is fully staffed with knowledgeable sales people. DBS carries an inventory of product in Ontario California. The Ontario warehouse allows us to serve our customers better and provide better coverage for the manufacturer’s we represent.
Our Inside Sales Support Group is the information center on all of the products we represent. We process and track customer orders as they are received and offer technical support. Our Outside Sales Group provides on site information and training services. The use of our HVAC Display Trailer is one of the tools used in presenting the product we represent. |
